Keeping Up With Coach Chic

I’m still at hospital with Dennis, he’s been on a catheter since Saturday. Yesterday, they operated and removed 2 malignant tumors.  We will get the results in about 10 days. The Urologist however said that there is some good news — that he can see that this kind of cancer can be healed with oral meds. Also, his catheter should be removed very soon.  But it doesn’t stop here, his next operation, the cardiologist will be doing the Stent procedure and anything else that his heart needs. 

I haven’t left his side, sleeping at the hospital. They have a great team of doctors so I know he’s in good hands. There’s been a lot thrown at us since May and it all started with sores on his foot.  I still know God has his hands on him because with the bad news, there is good news.  They will keep him in the hospital a little longer to make sure, he’s at 100% before we leave.
