Band Crawling

Dave Schmitz, known as The Band Man, asks… Did you know that CRAWLING is a total body activation movement?

Crawling trains are awesome for Shoulder stability strength, Trunk stability strength, and Lower body strength.

  • Attach a band and do forward crawling for 2 – minutes
  • Rest for 1 minute
  • Repeat this sequence doing Side Crawling Right and Side Crawling Left

This is a 9 – Minute workout that will get your entire body activated for any upcoming workout. Plus for many, you probably haven’t crawled since you were 8 to 12 month old.
