There Are Two Types of Coaches (According to human character)

By Andrej Pierow

Generally, there are two types of coaches (based on his or her human character type):

One stands for “The team which allows less goals wins”; the other stands for “The team which scores more goals wins”.

Which one are you? Have You ever given a thought to it?

One is not better than the other.

Knowing thyself in regard to this question is the start of your “Unique You”.

There are plenty of reasons why you should get to a straight answer.

For one: you’ll not confuse your players or other staff members — ever!

PS: Whichever you are, you’ll need to learn the other as well. One will be your instinct while the other “a thingy you’ve learned”.

PPS: You will fail — failure is a part of it all — but you’ll not be confused and will not confuse others.
