Towel – Band Strength Training

Dave Schmitz, known as The Band Man, brings us monthly ideas for innovative resistance band training. And this month, Dave suggests we find a towel, attach it onto a band, and see the impact towel-band strength training can have on your Band Gym Workouts…

A Towel is the simplest and most cost effective way to add in variety to your band strength training workouts. Adding in a towel will:

1 – Improve your grip on the band
2 – Allow you to build greater grip strength
3 – Eliminated the band rubbing on your body
4 – Allow you to create off-set loads to build core stabilization
5 – Eliminate any concerns on damaging your bands
6 – Allow you to train upper and lower body strength
