To re-introduce Kim, aka: Hockey Mom RD, she’s an energetic mother of two ice hockey playing boys, a college nutrition professor for 20+ years, a registered dietitian and author. Her passion, though, is showing youth ice hockey parents how to create simple and easy meals to help their respective skater’s increase their speed and stamina on the ice.
