Load Shifting — using Band Setups

Here are a few ways to apply Load Shifting using Band Setups:
- Using an Attached Band Setup
- Apply an off-set load
- Apply a free weight with the attached band setup
- Change up position relative to the band attachment point
- Use an attachment off-set loaded band
